Since its establishment in 2008, the company has specialized in Pharmaceutical business development, licensing, including technology transfer; Drug Delivery System or Formulation Development, NCE from US or European companies to major Japanese pharmaceutical firms. We have already established business connections with potential Japanese and overseas pharmaceutical companies. Past and present clients covers Universities, start-up companies, venture companies, small and large companies, and Government agencies.

The CEO received FDA Commissioner's Awardee, ex-ICH representative in GMP, PhD from Tokyo Univ., MS from Kanazawa Univ. in pharmacy, a legistered Pharmacist, involved in business development, licensing, negotiation and contract drafting for 25 years in big pharma. Presently adviser of Toyama Pharmaceutical Association,Senior Vice President of KUTLO-NITT(TLO consortium), adviser of BHP(Venture Capital), visited more than 150 venture companies and met business key persons of more than 250 big and medium size companies all over the world as potential business partner. Office is located in the center of Japanese pharmaceutical business in Tokyo, Nihonbashi.
